White Wine Sangroa

  1. Place orange, lemon and lime slice in a large pitcher.
  2. Add the wine and triple sec.
  3. With a large wooden spoon, stir the contents of the pitcher until mixed.
  4. gently press the slices of fruit toward the bottom of the pitcher to release the fruit juices into the wine.
  5. Refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
  6. Just before serving add the ginger aleand stir again to mix.
  7. Pour into glasses to serve.
  8. Serve over ice, if desired.
