White Wine Sangroa
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Chardonnay wine or 1 (750 ml) bottle riesling wine or 1 (750 ml) bottle pinot grigio wine or 1 (750 ml) bottle sauvignon blanc wine
- 2 ounces triple sec
- 12 liter ginger ale
- Place orange, lemon and lime slice in a large pitcher.
- Add the wine and triple sec.
- With a large wooden spoon, stir the contents of the pitcher until mixed.
- gently press the slices of fruit toward the bottom of the pitcher to release the fruit juices into the wine.
- Refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
- Just before serving add the ginger aleand stir again to mix.
- Pour into glasses to serve.
- Serve over ice, if desired.
