Sweet and Sour Sauce for Poultry

  1. In a small-medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place in a plastic bag with your choice of beef or poultry.
  3. Shake until it is coated and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  4. Bake or cook the meat the way you would normally.
  5. Baste often during cooking.
