AMIEs PUMPKIN, BEANs & SHRIMPs in COCONUT MILK (GINATAANG KALABASA)

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute onions and garlic until becomes tender.
  3. Add squash and long beans.
  4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes Add coconut milk, chili pepper and fish sauce.
  5. Cook in a low heat, cover and let it boil for a few minutes.
  6. Add shrimps.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
  10. Serve, share and enjoy!
