Simple Chops & Cabbage
- 1 package Pork Chops (enough For 4 Servings)
- 1 head Cabbage
- Salt And Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Wash pork chops and add to a 6-quart pot.
- Cover chops with water (you may want to fill it a little over half).
- Add salt and pepper and crushed red pepper.
- Boil chops until they are just about to fall apart.
- Remove bones.
- Cut cabbage in chunks and add to the pot with the pork.
- Boil until cabbage is done to your liking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or brown rice and buttered corn bread.
