Chicken N Stuffing Scallop Recipe

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Spread in 13 x 9 inch baking dish; top with layer of chicken.
  3. In large pan heat butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
  4. Add in cold broth; cook and stir till mix thickens.
  5. Stir small amount warm mix into Large eggs, return to warm mix; pour over chicken.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
  7. Let stand 5 min to set; cut in squares and serve with Pimento Mushroom Sauce.
  8. 12 servings.
