Curried Onions Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in butter over very low heat (very slow cooking of the onions gives them a very delicate, almost sweet taste).
  2. Saute/fry till limp and translucent/soft.
  3. Stir in curry pwdr and salt and pepper and continue cooking 3 to 4 min.
  4. Serve as a topping for warm dogs, along with mustard and sauerkraut if you like.
