Avocado Dressing

• 1 ripe avocado
• 12 cup cocoa powder or 12 cup carob powder
• 12 cup maple syrup or 12 cup agave syrup
• 14 teaspoon stevia powder
• 34 cup powdered sugar (this also makes it thicker to decorate with) (optional)

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender).
2. Blend thoroughly until creamy consistency.
