Vanilla Maple Frosting
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl using an electric mixer or a whisk.
- whip the cream until stiff In a large bowl using an electric mixer, or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth, and then blend in the maple syrup and vanilla.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
