Vanilla Maple Frosting

  1. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer or a whisk.
  2. whip the cream until stiff In a large bowl using an electric mixer, or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth, and then blend in the maple syrup and vanilla.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
