No-Fat Potato Cream Sauce

• 1 potato, peeled & diced
• 12 cup water
• 1 teaspoon Butter Buds
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
• 34 cup evaporated skim milk
• 18 teaspoon white pepper

1. Add milk with the remaining seasonings, blending until smooth and adding additional milk to reach a cream sauce consistency.
