Raspberry Pudding Parfaits
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 pint fresh raspberry
- In a bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
- Fold in the 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Spoon a third of the pudding into 6 parfait glasses.
- Set aside 6 raspberries for garnish; divide half of the remaining berries over the pudding.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with pudding and garnish with reserved berries.
