Cannellini Florentine

  1. Cook bacon in large stock pot until done.
  2. Add garlic and onion.
  3. Saute until brown.
  4. Mix in spinach.
  5. Saute 2minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Top with cheese and crispy onions.
