Dried Peach Pie Recipe
- 15 cooked, dry peach halves, liquid removed
- 8 inch unbaked deep pie shell
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Arrange peach halves in pastry shell.
- Combine and mix remaining ingredients, pour over peaches.
- Bake in a warm oven at 425 degrees for 40 min.
