Tempting Teriyaki Chicken
- 1/2 cups Tamari Sauce Or Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 whole Orange, Juiced (about 1/4 Cup Orange Juice)
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1- 1/2 pound Chicken Parts
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F when ready to bake.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Coat chicken well.
- Place chicken in the fridge and let marinate or use right away.
- Place chicken in the oven for about 1 hour 15 minutes, turning over every 15 minutes to form a nice glaze until chicken is cooked through.
