Berry and Banana Frullato
- 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup ice cube
- 12 large banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (can add more to taste)
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and blend until smooth, adding more maple syrup to taste if desired.
- Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
- Top each with additional berries for garnish and serve.
