Miso Vinaigrette
- 14 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
- 14 teaspoon chopped dried lemon grass
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup grapeseed oil or 14 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
- Whisk in olive oil and grapeseed oil.
- Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
