Pan-fried Autumn Salmon with Ginger Sauce
- 3 Fresh salmon filet
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 2 rounded tablespoons Sugar
- 2 rounded tablespoons Sake
- 2 rounded tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 to 2 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 2 Green peppers
- 1/2 Zucchini
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pat dry excess moisture from the filets and coat with katakuriko.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and place in the salmon filets.
- Cook both sides.
- When the salmon is cooked, wipe excess oil from the frying pan with paper towels.
- Pour in the sauce from Step 1.
- Saute the salmon with the ginger sauce and it's done (It doesn't take much time to cook down the sauce).
- I fried the vegetables for garnishing in another pan.
