Pan-fried Autumn Salmon with Ginger Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pat dry excess moisture from the filets and coat with katakuriko.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and place in the salmon filets.
  4. Cook both sides.
  5. When the salmon is cooked, wipe excess oil from the frying pan with paper towels.
  6. Pour in the sauce from Step 1.
  7. Saute the salmon with the ginger sauce and it's done (It doesn't take much time to cook down the sauce).
  8. I fried the vegetables for garnishing in another pan.

salmon filet, mirin, sugar, sake, rounded tablespoons, ginger, green peppers, zucchini
