Herbed Mushroom Rice Salad
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
- 1/2 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- PREPARE rice as directed on package.
- COOL to room temperature.
- (To quickly cool the rice, spread in a shallow pan and freeze while preparing the remaining ingredients).
- COMBINE dressing and curry powder.
- TOSS with cooled rice, mushrooms and onions.
- CHILL.
- SERVE with cold poached salmon, cold ham or chicken.
