Banana Slush Recipe
- 2 c. Sugar, granulated
- 3 c. Water
- 3 x Banana, mashed
- 3 c. Pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 c. Orange juice, frzn
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 32 ounce bottle (4 c.) Lemon Lime beverage, chilled
- In large saucepan, combine sugar and water, Bring to a boil; boil 5 min.
- Cold.
- In large non-metal container, combine mashed bananas, juices and sugar mizture; mix well and freeze.
- Two hrs before serving, remove frzn mix from freezer; let stand at room temperature.
- Just before serving, stir lemon lime beverge into slushy fruit mix.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 20 (1/2 c.) servings.
