Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

  1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, onions, 1 cup water and egg just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add patties; cook 5 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  5. Drain.
  6. Mix gravy with remaining water; pour over patties.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Cook on low heat 5 min.
