Chili Con Carne - a Little Bit Different

  1. In a large saucepan brown ground beef and diced onions in some olive oil and ad burrito seasoning.
  2. Mix well and ad tomatoes, kidney beans and corn.
  3. Season with cumin, paprika and cayenne to taste and ad the bullion cube to the stew.
  4. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes and add water if chili becomes too thick.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese, serve with a dollop of sour creme.
