Turkey Kabobs Recipe

  1. Skin and bone turkey; cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks and place in large plastic food storage bag.
  2. Pour in 1/4 c. lite teriyaki sauce.
  3. Press air out of bag; close top securely.
  4. Chill 1 to 2 hrs.
  5. Meanwhile, cut zucchini lengthwise in half; then crosswise into 3/4 inch pcs.
  6. Discarding marinade, remove turkey and thread onto skewers alternately with 1 zucchini and 2 pineapple chunks, leaving space between pcs.
  7. Brush skewers generously with remaining lite teriyaki sauce.
  8. Cook on grill 5 inches from warm coals about 5 min on each side, or possibly till tender, turning and brushing with lite teriyaki sauce.
  9. (Or possibly, broil 4 inches from heat source 7 to 9 min on each side, or possibly till tender.)
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
