Simple Cassoulet

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large Dutch oven, combine beans and water; heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in wine, garlic, chicken, sausage, ham, carrots, celery, onion, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  4. Return to a boil.
  5. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Remove cover and bake 15-20 minutes longer, or until beans are tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
