Creamy Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 12 cups BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream or 1 12 cups KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 10 34 ounces condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cups cloves garlic, minced
- 2 12 lbs red potatoes, very thinly sliced (about 8)
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
- Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with chives.
