Buffalo Chicken Burgers
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 4 Tablespoons Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Optional Garnish
- Start by softening the cream cheese in a medium size microwave safe bowl.
- I heat it for about a minute, until its really soft and creamy.
- Add the hot sauce and combine.
- At this point its a good idea to give the mixture a taste and see if you need more hot sauce.
- Add the ground chicken to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir with a large spoon until mixed well.
- Preheat your pan to about medium heat.
- You want the burgers to brown, but not too quickly.
- Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Now here comes the fun part.
- Just scoop a large spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the pan.
- Think of it as really thick pancake batter.
- Scoop it on and press it down so its a patty shape.
- You can make your burgers as big or as small as you want, however I wouldnt make them too thick or it will take too long to cook through.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes or so; until set well on the bottom and then flip.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on each burger and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from pan, place on a hamburger bun and top with some bleu cheese dressing, if desired.
- Enjoy!
