Green Chili

  1. brown pork in oil.
  2. add onions until soft then add garlic and saute for 1-2 min.
  3. sprinkle flour and cook 1-2 mins stirring constantly.
  4. add chilies, canned tomatoes, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
  5. bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hr stirring occasionally until pork is tender.
  6. Chili can be thickened if needed by adding a mixture of cornstarch and water.
