Creamy Cheese Mints

• 6 ounces cream cheese
• 1.5 (6 cup) boxes powdered sugar
• food coloring
• 14 teaspoon peppermint oil

1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Roll into small balls and flatten with fork.
3. If you have a glass with a design on the bottom, use it to flatten out the mint balls.
4. Try using different colors of food coloring for different holidays.
