Super Moist Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Put together all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Add the sour cream and all purpose cream and continue mixing.
  5. Put in the egg, vanilla extract and vegetable oil.
  6. Combine everything well.
  7. Lastly, add the hot water and make sure to mix well.
  8. By this time, the mixture will be thin but don't worry, it will bake fine.
  9. Prepare the baking pan by greasing it with butter then dusting on some flour.
  10. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40mins-45mins (350 degrees).
  11. Remember to check once in a while with a skewer or fork as baking time varies with the size of the cake.
  12. Once baked, the skewer should come out clean.
  13. For the frosting, mix the frosting ingredients altogether.
  14. It's better to melt everything in a pan over heat.
  15. You may still add sugar as needed.
  16. Set aside.
