Peas w/ Honey Mustard

  1. Melt butter in a large saute pan.
  2. Add garlic and peas.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add dried spices.
  5. Sweat until garlic is fragrant.
  6. Add honey mustard.
  7. Toss.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes until peas are glazed and creamy.
  9. Variations; Thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, chives, rosemary, lemon, vinegar, mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery, shallots, rum, green peppercorn
