Big Cabin Salsa Recipe

• 1 can Salsa tomatoes with chipotle
• 1 can Diced tomatoes & green chile
• 1 Tbsp. Cumin
• 1 can 16 ounce tomato sauce
• 1 c. Diced onion
• 1 c. Diced celery
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp Beau monde (or possibly salt) Garlic pepper to taste
• 3 tsp Jalapenos, canned, minced

1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, and don't drain canned tomatoes.
2. Mix well, cover, and chill for at least overnight.
3. This is a great salsa for homemade Mexican dishes!
