White Port and Peach Cobbler

  1. Mix honey well with a teaspoon of hot water and cool.
  2. Put the honey syrup, port and peach slices in a cocktail shaker, add 1 1/2 cups of ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour everything into a highball glass.
  4. Garnish with the remaining peach slice.
