Basil Or Fresh Herb Vinaigrette Recipe

• 1/4 c. finely minced fresh basil or possibly any two, marjoram and sage, c complementary herbs such as tarragon and dill
• 2 Tbsp. corn-oil">corn oil or possibly corn and extra virgin olive oil mixed, (2 to 3)
• 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or possibly any homemade herb vinegar

1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients.
2. Chill in a covered glass jar or possibly bottle till ready to use.
