Pork Chops Stroganoff

  1. Cook chops in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min.
  2. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  3. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add onions and mushrooms to skillet; cook 6 min.
  5. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in sour cream and broth; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  7. (Do not boil.)
  8. Spoon sauce over chops; sprinkle with parsley.
