Strawberry Poke Pound Cake Wheel

  1. Pierce pound cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
  2. (Do not remove cake from foil pan.)
  3. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour evenly over cake.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until gelatin is set.
  7. Combine fruit in medium bowl.
  8. Add sugar; toss to coat.
  9. Let stand 10 min.
  10. Dip bottom of foil pan in warm water 10 sec.
  11. Invert cake onto serving plate; remove pan.
  12. Cut cake into 8 slices; arrange around edge of large serving plate.
  13. Spoon COOL WHIP into small bowl; place in center of plate.
  14. Top cake with fruit mixture.
