Knock Off Fried ( Baked ) Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl whisk egg whites, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of white pepper, set aside.
  3. In another bowl combine the crunch coating ingredients.
  4. Roll the chicken pieces in the egg mixture then in the crunch coating, coating well Pour enough of the chicken broth to coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish Place chicken in dish, cover with waxed paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the wax paper.
  7. Return to oven and bake until golden brown, 10- 15 minutes more- add more broth if too dry on bottom of pan Serve with favourite sauce.
