Quick Salsa Skillet

  1. Cook ground turkey in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. Drain; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Stir in salsa; top with American.
  4. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low.
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes or until American is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
  7. Remove from heat; top with shredded lettuce.
  8. *Substitute 2 cups broken tortilla chips.
