Quick Salsa Skillet
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Salt, if desired
- Pepper, if desired
- 1 (16-ounce) jar black bean and corn salsa
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, quartered
- 2 cups multi-colored tortillas strips*
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- Cook ground turkey in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Drain; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Stir in salsa; top with American.
- Cover; reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook 1-2 minutes or until American is melted.
- Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
- Remove from heat; top with shredded lettuce.
- *Substitute 2 cups broken tortilla chips.
