Spinach, Tomato & Hummus Wrap

  1. In a bowl, stir together the peppers, onion, feta, tomatoes, olives, oil, basil and garlic.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortillas.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture over top of the hummus.
  4. Divide the spinach leaves over top.
  5. Roll the bottom of each tortilla up and over the filling tightly.
  6. Fold in both sides and continue to roll.
  7. Cut each tortilla in half.
