Asian Meat Balls

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients throughly .
  2. Roll mixture into meatballs about 3/4 inch in diameter.
  3. Bake on trays at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 minutes.
  4. Cover a platter with lettuce leaves, place cooked meatballs on top.
  5. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
  6. Sauce keeps in the fridge for a week.
