Red Cabbage, Avocado, and Pea Salad

  1. Combine first four ingredients (cabbage, peas, onions, avocado) in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over cabbage and gently toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle granulated garlic, salt and pepper over cabbage; gently toss.
  4. Add vinegar and gently mix well.
  5. Taste before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
