Bacon & Blue Cheese Burgers
- 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Purple Onion
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Steak Seasoning Spice
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 4 whole Whole Wheat Burger Buns
- 4 slices Uncured Bacon, Cooked
- 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- 4 slices Purple Onion
- 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 18 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Preheat grill high.
- Combine all ingredients for the burgers.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Grill 8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Add blue cheese crumbles at the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Meanwhile combine all ingredients for zesty dressing.
- Set aside and keep in refrigerator until youre ready to use.
- Assemble the burgers.
- Put a dollop of zesty dressing on each side of bun.
- Add burger, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Try not to pass out, its a dangerous burger.
