Frosted Lemon Pudding Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Blend in egg, then vanilla.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets; flatten with bottom of drinking glass.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool on baking sheet 3 min.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; drizzle over cookies.
