Bacon Lover's MIRACLE WHIP-Ranch Potato Salad

• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Ranch with Bacon Dressing
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 3 lb. small red potatoes (about 12), cooked, cooled and quartered
• 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 4 green onions, sliced

1. Mix dressings and seasonings in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
