My Pork chops

  1. Wash pork chops, and pat dry.
  2. You can also poke a couple holes in meet with a toothpick.
  3. It helps marinade and seasonings sink into meat.
  4. Season both sides of each piece with seasonings
  5. In a bowl with lid, pour the liquid marinades in it, and I also add more seasoning to this,as well.
  6. Stir it up.
  7. Add the chops, and let marinade overnight or few hours in fridge.
  8. Then grill it:)
