My Pork chops
- 1 Pack bone in pork chops
- 1 Lawrys chop marinade in bottle
- 1 Lawrys steakhouse marinade in bottle
- 1 as needed Garlic powder
- 1 as needed Onion powder
- 1 as needed Meat tenderizer the Orange kind that has season salt in it
- 1 as needed Peppercorn seasoning
- 1 as needed Dales or worchershire sauce
- 1 as needed Italian dressing wishbone brand
- Wash pork chops, and pat dry.
- You can also poke a couple holes in meet with a toothpick.
- It helps marinade and seasonings sink into meat.
- Season both sides of each piece with seasonings
- In a bowl with lid, pour the liquid marinades in it, and I also add more seasoning to this,as well.
- Stir it up.
- Add the chops, and let marinade overnight or few hours in fridge.
- Then grill it:)
