Strawberry Ice Whip

• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons fresh pressed lemon juice
• 2 egg whites (I use large eggs)

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Beat in an electric mixer on high speed for 20 minutes until mixture triples in volume.
3. Freeze until firm.
