Saucy Stir-Fried Pork
- 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) sugar snap peas
- 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, corn starch and ginger until well blended.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.
- Stir in peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.
- Stir in soy sauce mixture; cook 1 min.
- or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
- Serve over rice.
