Pink Lady Cocktail

• 1 3/4 ounces gin
• Splash Grenadine
• 1 egg white (powdered reconstituted)
• 2/3 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish

1. Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
