Chicken & Veggie Lasagna

  1. start be heating oven to 375
  2. heat a skillet & add all chicken items together cook till done drain any fat set aside
  3. to a heated skillet add olive oil, garlic and all diced veggie items, you just want to cook down about 10minutes on medium high heat till the veggies release most of there water.
  4. set aside
  5. now move onto sauce; add olive oil, garlic & onion to a heat pot.
  6. Sautee about 4 minutes on medium heat add in all other sauce items.
  7. let cook about 20 minutes on med low heat, taste for seasonings.
  8. Once done add in veggies & chicken let cook another 10-15 minutes.
  9. boil noodles as directed on package with a pinch of salt
  10. add ricotta to a bowl with egg yolk mix well set aside
  11. now assemble.
  12. add a small amount of sauce on bottom of casserole add noodles, sauce, ricotta, & regular cheese.
  13. continue till finished.
  14. top with more cheese & parmesan.
  15. bake 30-35 minutes
