Crock Pot Chipotle Chicken and Noodles
- 1 12 lbs boneless chicken breasts, with rib meat attached cut in 1-inch chunks
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, plus 1 can water
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo
- 6 ounces egg noodles
- Combine chicken, tomatoes, and chiles in sauce in Crock-Pot(R) Slow Cooker.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours).
- Stir in noodles the last 30 minutes of cook time; cook until noodles are tender.
