Ox Tail Stew

  1. Heat oil in a quart saucepan.
  2. Brown ox tails on all sides.
  3. Discard oil.
  4. Add 1/2 package of seasoning and enough water just to cover ox tail.
  5. Cook/simmer ox tail until almost tender (2-2 1/2 hours).
  6. Add 1/2 pound frozen mixed vegetables.
