Fajita Burritos
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 cup refried beans, warmed
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until chicken is evenly browned.
- Add onions and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done.
- Stir in dressing; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with chicken mixture, salsa, cheese and lettuce.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
