Southwest Bean & Corn Salad
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 qt. (4 cups) torn mixed salad greens
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup julienne-cut red peppers
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- Mix dressing and black pepper; set aside.
- Place greens on serving plate; top with the beans, corn, red peppers and onions.
- Drizzle with the dressing mixture.
